Aviatrade Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 1993 as Aerobridge Maintenance (M) Sdn Bhd (AMSB) by a group of former Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) staff who had opted out from the service following the corporatization of DCA into Malaysia Airports Berhad (MAHB).
